Aaron Casey receives a very unusual ransom demand. The last thing on the kidnapper's mind is money; he deals in a far more sinister currency. And if Casey is ever to see his fiancée Alex again, he must ask himself a terrible question: How far are you willing to go for love? It’s not long before the police are on Casey's tail. Close friends, Mac and Trent, are at risk for knowing him. Worse still, deadly supernatural forces hold his sanity and his very soul in the balance. A final showdown between good and evil unveils the shocking truth behind Alex's kidnapping, and Casey must answer one last question: Who is the pupil and who is the teacher?

Reviews
"Last Saturday I was one of around 200 people crammed into the rugby club
bar for the first showing. I'm not a film critic - I'm not even a horror fan - but I
can honestly say that I enjoyed it. Not just because I recognised faces and
places on the screen, but because the film was a good story well told.
There was a real plot, and I really wanted to know what would happen next.
The jokes were funny, the gore was gory, the effects were effective, and most
of the actors actually acted. The ending was clever. Amazingly enough, after
12 years of practice, I think Midnight Pictures has actually made a real film."
"It's a witty little film that, while suffering ever so slightly from a lack of budget,
features a nice line in naturalistic dialogue, black humour and the deliberate
confounding of audience expectations."
"This is a nice and gory professional shot-on-video Indie Horror film, with a strong script,
stylish visuals and FX and some very capable performances ...You can see that
Midnight Pictures is definitely here to stay, having proved themselves capable
of maturing professionally and technically over this last decade and I expect
that many more people will become aware that Northern Ireland has a new
competitor to take the title from the US, for quality prolific genre product."
"The camera-work, special effects, soundtrack, script and acting have all come
together to form a really intelligent, professional and enthralling supernatural
thriller. This is a major achievement when you consider that the budget for the
film was extremely low and the whole process was of the 'beg, borrow and steal'
variety."
